He has founded and co-founded successful companies in multiple spaces, i.e., Recruiting, Human Resources, Investment Assets, and Technology. His unwavering commitment to serving people creates business environments that bring people together under a shared vision, encouraging them to lead with inspired thinking and to deliver innovative results.

Ned has over 20 years of executive-level experience supporting multinational corporations such as Sprint, Boeing, Cisco Systems, & The Wonderful Company. Most recently, Ned became a leader in the restaurant industry, completing a five-year tenure as Chief Financial Officer of Xperience Restaurant Group (XRG).
Under his purview, XRG grew its restaurant count from 52 to 75 restaurants across the US, increasing revenue by over $100MM. In 2022, Ned was awarded the Orange County Business Journal’s “CFO of the Year” award over 37 other nominees for his stewardship of the company through the COVID-19 pandemic and lockdowns and the subsequent explosive growth of the business.

For over two decades, Mike has been an integral leader at Founder-led lifestyle brands.
Most recently, as a member of Chipotle Mexican Grill’s Senior Leadership team, he designed and implemented the transformation strategy for talent acquisition, restaffing the Restaurant Support Center functions while upgrading capability throughout the organization.
As the first Recruitment leader at Red Bull North America, Mike partnered closely with the Executive team to ensure a robust pipeline of world-class talent, while delivering a talent brand commensurate with Red Bull’s unique market presence. He also lent his talents to GameStop and Hot Topic during their respective periods of hypergrowth.
He enables organizations to effectively attract talent, build dynamic cultures, ensure scalability, and drive business results.
